Postgraduate Foreign Student Admission Procedure

a. Terms:
1) Have a diploma / certificate / equivalent equivalent to S1 / D4 that has been translated into English or Indonesian;
1. Have a valid passport or citizenship document;
2. Entitled to choose the scholarship or non-scholarship path;
3. Prospective new students of the Foreign Student Track who meet the requirements, are required to take an interview test (online);
4. Prospective new students of the Foreign Student Track who are declared to have passed the test will get an LoA that includes the details of passing non-scholarships or with scholarships; The LoA will be issued by the Head of International Office on the recommendation of the dean in charge of the Study Program where foreign students apply;
5. Prospective new students of the Foreign Student Track who get the LoA must register according to the specified time;
6. Registration for the Foreign Student Track is open in batches 1 and 2;
7. Foreign students are required to attend 1 month before the start of Fortama to take part in the Indonesian deepening program.

a. Registration Procedure:

1. Create an online registration account through admisi.umsida.ac.id website and choose the postgraduate foreign student path;
2. Pay the registration fee.
3. Fill out the online registration form completely and correctly;
Files that must be attached:
1. Scan of S1/D4 Diploma or Graduation Certificate has been translated into English or Indonesian (PDF);
2. Scanned S1/D4 Academic Transcript has been translated into English or Indonesian (PDF);
3. Scan passport or citizenship document that is still valid (PDF).
1. Upload the requirements file at number 3 a), b) and c) on the registration account page.

Jalur Mahasiswa Asing Pascasarjana

Ketentuan:

1. Memiliki ijazah/sertifikat/sederajat yang setara dengan S1/D4 yang sudah diterjemahkan ke Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Indonesia;
2. Memiliki passport atau dokumen kewarganegaraan yang masih berlaku;
3. Berhak memilih jalur beasiswa maupun non beasiswa;
4. Calon mahasiswa baru Jalur Mahasiswa Asing yang memenuhi persyaratan, wajib mengikuti tes wawancara (online);
5. Calon mahasiswa baru Jalur Mahasiswa Asing yang dinyatakan lulus tes akan mendapatkan LoA yang mencantumkan detail lulus non beasiswa atau dengan beasiswa; LoA akan dikeluarkan oleh Kepala KUI atas rekomendasi dekan yang membawahi Program Studi dimana mahasiswa asing mendaftar;
6. Calon mahasiswa baru Jalur Mahasiswa Asing yang mendapatkan LoA wajib melakukan herregistrasi sesuai waktu yang ditentukan;
7. Pendaftaran Jalur Mahasiswa Asing dibuka pada gelombang 1 dan 2;
8. Mahasiswa asing wajib hadir 1 bulan sebelum dimulainya fortama untuk mengikuti program pendalaman Bahasa Indonesia.

 

Alur Pendaftaran:

1. Membuat akun pendaftaran online melalui website umsida.ac.id dan memilih jalur mahasiswa asing jenjang pascasarjana;
2. Membayar biaya pendaftaran.
3. Mengisi formulir pendaftaran online secara lengkap dan benar;

Berkas yang harus dilampirkan :

• Scan Ijazah S1/D4 atau Surat Keterangan Lulus sudah diterjemahkan ke Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Indonesia (PDF);
• Scan Transkrip Nilai S1/D4 sudah diterjemahkan ke Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Indonesia (PDF);
• Scan passport atau dokumen kewarganegaraan yang masih berlaku (PDF).

Mengupload berkas persyaratan pada nomor 1), 2) dan 3)  di laman akun pendaftaran.
