Jalur Mahasiswa Asing Jenjang Sarjana/Diploma

Foreign Student for Undergraduate (Bachelor (S1)/ Vocational (D4)).

a. Terms:
1. The S1/D4 foreign student pathway is provided for prospective students who have a high school diploma / equivalent that has been translated into English or Indonesian;
2. Have a valid passport or citizenship document;
3. Entitled to choose the scholarship or non-scholarship path;
4. Prospective new students of the foreign student path who meet the requirements are required to take an online interview test.
5. Prospective new students for the Foreign Student path in the disability category must attach screening results from Doctors / Psychologists both from UMSIDA P3TU Institutions / other competent institutions, Study programs for the disabled according to annex 2 of the special table of study program provisions.
6. Prospective new students for the foreign student path who choose a study program at the Faculty of Health Sciences must meet the requirements: a minimum height of 145 cm and specifically for the Midwifery &; Midwife Professional Education study program at least 150 cm, not color blind, and not defects that interfere with the learning process equipped with a health certificate from a doctor. Furthermore, prospective new students take online Admission Test and interview tests.
7. Prospective new students for the foreign student path who are declared to have passed the test will get an LoA that includes the details of passing non-scholarships or with scholarships; The LoA will be issued by the Head of LKUI on the recommendation of the dean in charge of the study program where the foreign student enrolls;
8. Prospective new students for the foreign student path who get the LoA are required to register according to the specified time;
9. Registration for foreign students is open in batches 1 and 2;
1) Foreign students who are declared accepted and have carried out the herregistration process must be present 1 month before the start of fortama to take part in the Indonesian deepening program.
b. Registration procedure:
1. Create an online registration account through admisi.umsida.ac.id website and choose the path of foreign students at the bachelor/diploma level;
2. Pay the registration fee ( according to the provisions) .
3. Fill out the online registration form completely and correctly;
Files that must be attached:
1. Scan of equivalent SMA/SMK/MA certificate/ diploma that has been translated into English or Indonesian (PDF);
2. Scan passport or citizenship document that is still valid (PDF).
4. Upload the requirement file at number 3 letters a) and b) on the registration account page.

 

 

Jalur Mahasiswa Asing Jenjang Sarjana/Diploma

  1. Ketentuan:
  • Jalur mahasiswa asing jenjang sarjana/Diploma disediakan untuk calon mahasiswa yang memiliki ijazah SMA/sederajat yang sudah diterjemahkan ke Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Indonesia untuk jenjang S1/D4;
  • Memiliki passport atau dokumen kewarganegaraan yang masih berlaku;
  • Berhak memilih jalur beasiswa maupun non beasiswa;
  • Calon mahasiswa baru jalur mahasiswa asing yang memenuhi persyaratan wajib mengikuti tes wawancara secara online.
  • Calon mahasiswa baru jalur Mahasiswa Asing kategori difabel wajib melampirkan hasil screening dari Dokter/ Psikolog baik dari Lembaga P3TU UMSIDA / Lembaga kompeten lainnya, program studi untuk difabel sesuai lampiran tabel khusus ketentuan rogram studi
  • Calon mahasiswa baru jalur mahasiswa asing yang memilih program studi di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan harus memenuhi persyarakat: tinggi badan minimal 145 cm dan khusus untuk program studi Pendidikan Profesi Bidan minimal 150 cm, tidak buta warna, dan tidak cacat yang mengganggu proses belajar dilengkapi dengan surat keterangan sehat dari dokter. Selanjutnya calon mahasiswa baru mengikuti UTBK secara online dan tes wawancara.
  • Calon mahasiswa baru jalur mahasiswa asing yang dinyatakan lulus tes akan mendapatkan LoA yang mencantumkan detail lulus non beasiswa atau dengan beasiswa; LoA akan dikeluarkan oleh Kepala LKUI atas rekomendasi dekan yang membawahi program studi dimana mahasiswa asing mendaftar;
  • Calon mahasiswa baru jalur mahasiswa asing yang mendapatkan LoA wajib melakukan herregistrasi sesuai waktu yang ditentukan;
  • Pendaftaran jalur mahasiswa asing dibuka pada gelombang 1 dan 2;
  • Mahasiswa asing yang dinyatakan diterima dan telah melakukan proses herregistrasi wajib hadir 1 bulan sebelum dimulainya fortama untuk mengikuti program pendalaman Bahasa Indonesia.

 

Alur Pendaftaran:

  • Membuat akun pendaftaran online melalui website admisi.umsida.ac.id (klik disini) dan memilih jalur mahasiswa asing jenjang sarjana/diploma;
  • Membayar biaya pendaftaran.
  • Mengisi formulir pendaftaran online secara lengkap dan benar;

      Berkas yang harus dilampirkan :

  1. Scan ijazah SMA/SMK/MA sederajat yang sudah diterjemahkan ke Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Indonesia (PDF);
  2. Scan passport atau dokumen kewarganegaraan yang masih berlaku (PDF).
  • Mengupload berkas persyaratan pada huruf 1) dan 2) di laman akun pendaftaran.
